Maritime Training Center
In June 2009, AIDT broke ground for The Maritime Training Center with construction beginning in July 2009. The center officially opened on November 8, 2010. Our 67,000 square foot facility features classrooms, and a state-of-the-art assembly room has the capacity to host large classes and events. On the shop floor, there are 64 welding booths, a CNC plasma table, and a large lay-down yard with overhead crane access.
We also have a counterbalance forklift, rough terrain forklift, aerial-lift, and a 10-ton overhead crane and rigging for safety training.
